Selling Strategy:

There are a lot of varying strategies about how homes should be sold. I believe that my principal role is not to sell your home. My key role is to cause your house to sell. I will manage the process of marketing, merchandising, and selling your home. I believe that it should matter to you more who manages the marketing, merchandising and selling process of your home, than who actually brings you the buyers.


I developed an Action Plan and use a proven and unique Merchandising and Marketing plan to effect the sale of your home. It is my job to reach as many buyers as possible because the truth is that buyers determine value, not agents.


I believe that there are two distinct target audiences of my Marketing efforts. I will market your home directly to potential buyers. In addition, I will also market your home to the numerous pool of other agents who control the majority of the buyers. Please don’t be surprised if your home is shown by many different salespeople from many other companies.


There is a difference between simply putting your home up for sale and aggressively marketing to meet the needs of your special property. I want you to know that I am genuinely excited about successfully effecting the sale of your home. I also want you to know that it doesn’t just happen by chance. It is not just luck. Regardless of how much we invest in marketing your home, there will be no cost to you unless I am successful. I cannot succeed unless your house sells!
